I’m a Ferrari fan, what worries me is that Mec have not show there hand. I have this sick feeling that Mec are going to be more dominant this year, then last just look at Hamilton, not a worry in the world.

I hope Kimi proves you wrong…

Ex iExilion says:

Of course Ferrari’s pace won’t be as surprising as last year’s preseason testings, but that because the improvement they had to do for last year’s season was way bigger than the one they had to do for this year. Of course it was preseason testings and we shouldn’t pay that much of attention to the timings, but as Ricciardo said, they were really surprised by the times Ferrari achieved in the preseason testings. Of course Mercedes can do a pretty similar time if not better, and of course Red Bull too, but we should also have in consideration Ricciardo’s words, they clearly have more access to more detail information. Also as kimi said they could’ve gone faster if they wanted. There’s nothing certain for the top 3, but surely is gonna be a though season for the three of them, and they’ll all have a hard time beating each other in different circuits, it will all depend on the capability of the team to evolve during the season and take the right decisions.

Firemarioflower says:

Various points are overlooked here.  Their engine power is over 1000hp.    RedBull and Mercedes only tested long runs on ONE compound.   Ferrari can do this.  RedBull  CANNOT catch them. Mercedes are reported to struggle  AGAIN with the softer compounds.

Ilyich says:

I really dont know why any driver would want to driver for this team , if you look at there history from 1980 to 1996 they wasted the talent of great drivers like Villeneuve , Pironi, Arnoux , Tambay , Alboreto , Berger, Prost, Alesi , Mansell, from the 1980 season until the 1996 season the team produced car that were only mediocre, until the arrival of Jean Todt when he changed the way the team was run and brought in people who could produce very good cars , then with Schumacher as the number one driver we saw ten years of Ferrari domination but since 2007 the team has been going backwards , ok they won the 2007 drivers championship , mainly because the two Mclaren drivers took points off each other , go to 2010 and the team has reverted to the team it was in the 80s designing mediocre cars that are ok on some types of circuits but are way off the pace on others and im afraid i cannot see anything changing this year either , i fear that they will fall behind Redbull this year and unless something drastic changes behind Mclaren and Renault next year , the team needs to get rid of the management they have and run the team like they did in 96 to 06 with north european methods not the chaotic southern european way , you only have to look at how north and south european countries are run and have been run in the past fifty years , all the countries of the south are a joke with weak economies , while the north european countries have stronger economies and generally more stable governments , face the facts in the past thirty years the only time the team has been dominant is when it was under the control of northern europeans , i know this will not go down well with Ferrari fans , but look at the teams history from the last thirty years.

Dennis O'Boyle says:

Looks like you were wrong. They’re leading both championships

Yash Sinha says:

Mercedes

Largemargesentme says:

Everyone has an oil breather coming out the back! Ferraris just spews out far more oil than any other engine. I think Ferrari will struggle as they seem to be the ones who were burning the most oil for extra fuel. I think they will be lifting and coasting far more than Mercedes and Renault!

WWYD78 says:

Easy on Kimi.

Akeno Senpai says:

Man u have a problem with ferrari and vettel cmon always saying bad and then hamilton and merv are gods

R4pt0r64 says:

Nothing is sure until we get to the first qualifying of 2018

Carl Reeder says:

Really winds me up get your facts right. Ferrari last won in 2007 with kimi not 2008. That year it was hamilton.

alan kombilabissielou says:

La ferrari vous est donné une chance allez-y vettel et raikonën ses votre championnant plus drois a les heure

Ex iExilion says:

Kimi has shown us he can do really good if not better than Lewis and Vettel. If not go back and see the Monaco gp, if the scuderia Ferrari hadn’t make the strategy in the way they did, kimi would’ve won that race. Also go back and see the Hungarian gp or the Brazilian gp in which kimi was capable of defending from an agresive Lewis Hamilton. Sometimes it just looks like Kimi is not giving his 100% and I really wish he gives it for this season, he is a really talented driver.

Jenő Varga says:

There is 2 things on my mind. One tests are never representative, whenever we thought we figured it out we were always wrong(like laat year). Second: lately ferrari has one good and one bad year, so 2014 bad, 2015 good, 2016 bad, 2017 good, but we’ll see.

tonkatoytruck says:

Ferrari will be second in the constructors. RB will give them a hard time but only if Renault has brought more reliability.

Mc Splinxz says:

Nobody knows who’s the best until Australia

Firemarioflower says:

Are you really a Ferrari fan?  Doesn’t same like it….

Mahyar Jalilzadeh says:

I think ur facts about Ferrari is based on what others said so far , as we’ve seen last year specially SKY F1 had so much hype and hope for Red Bull it turned out to be Ferrari again as a challenger. Ferrari last year the king of downforce tracks in Monaco Merc didn’t have no Awnser what so ever. Mercedes bad and have lots of engine modes (parties) and that itself is questionable!! I think this Ferrari is improved from the last year’s. The base of the car is strong Ferrari is open for new ideas and thats the key!

Simon le Bon says:

Great video (as always :)), but I have one small point of critic:

The readability of the description.

Please:
-only use capitals for what they are meant for (starting of a sentence, names etc.);
-use dots to finish your sentences;
-use the return button more often.

Keep up the good work!

Delirious User says:

I understand why everyone thinks (including me) that Mercedes sandbagged a lot more than Ferrari, but we all need to understand that the opposite is also possible. That being said, testing is less representative than fp3 Melbourne, Saturday will tell the true story.

Trance 9 says:

I agree…but I’ll add…Mercedes hasn’t shown their cards yet either. I think they’ll be even stronger this year with Hamilton and Bottas contending for the title.

Rohan Kapoor says:

Great video! But you use the word ‘Ferrari’ a LOT! You can use ‘They’ instead 🙂

Andrea Paza says:

As usual bla bla .Get Sirius.

Stefan Djukic says:

Why everyone like Red Bull and think they are 2nd they were shit in pre season testing and Ferari didnt show everything and they have updates coming to Australia everyone belives to some rumours if you belive in rumours then next year Leclerc will be in Ferari because its nonsense he will drive his 1st year its just rumours but i agree that ferari will finish 3rd because of raikonen because red bull is quicker then last year but they beat raikonen last year soo

Julian OmsHD says:

I think that Ferrari will finish 2nd place and that vettel will win the drivers title. I agree that riakenone isn’t as good as Bottas, Hamilton, Max or Ricicardo. But I think vettel is good enough to race all season long with Ham and Mercedes. I think though ferrari will be close to red bull as well the top 3 this season is probably the closest since maybe 2013/12. I think also that this will be riakenone last year so it all now down to vettel. But ferrari I am 100% confident that they haven’t shown the full hand. In fact these cars are ment to 1.5 seconds quicker than last year on each tyre so if anything Mercedes where pushing more then Ferrari. Cause last year fastest time on ultras softs was was like a 1.17.8/9 where as this year for Mercedes on ultras soft was 1.18.5 where as ferrari 1.18.00 on supper softs. So the lot more to come from Ferrari especially on medium tyres; I think that the more to come from Mercedes in fact every one I think was deeply sand bagging more then what people can see cause right Mercedes where matching Ferrari pace on softs as ferrari on softs but on medium tyres they managed 1.18.8 where on softs same as ferrari 1.19.5 so how does that work. And Mercedes 1.18.5 on ultras soft but ferrari 1.18.00 on super softs so that suggests then Ferrari has 0.2 tenths advantage on softer tyres but 0.7 tenths quicker on mediums no way. And Ferrari are 0.5 second quicker on supper softs whilst Mercedes are on ultras. I tell don’t look at the lap times they are not correct in fact race pace looks close between Ferrari and Mercedes in fact closer then last year.

Chris A says:

Same as it ever was…since 2014

Alain Belanger says:

They were not that far last year lot bad break what happen in Monza 70th Anniversary I think that they can not recover the seen to have a good car the same with Mercedes & Red Bull I think Bottas trailing 5th 6th position Red Bull aggressive driver not problem rise their shoulders last year Ferrari had few bad started Vettel will be their for five a ride to Lewis anyway can not wait any longer

tarun1982 says:

I hope the title fight is between RBR and Mercedes.
Ferrari can go ***** themselves.

Marko Rakovac says:

Forza Ferrari guys hope ferrari wins both constructors and drivers titles

Sriram Ramesh says:

Pre season testing can’t predict anything..Hope I see the championship going to Ferrari or red bull.I am sick of seeing the Mercedes dominating. If it happens then F1 will becomes more boring..Hope scuderia wins this year. The answer is just a few days away…
