Ed Mathews says:

So far everybody should have a better 2017. Who does that put at the back of the pack?

Bruno Danese says:

It makes me so sad to see Sauber like this. A few years ago they were constantly fighting for podiums.

What happened?

Pedro Teixeira says:

Force India reminds me of the old days Sauber.

brixomatic says:

Everybody is bringing new engines, Renault, Ferrari, Merc and Honda all coming up with completely redesigned ones. And I don’t think that Sauber, with last year’s Ferrari engines, will cut the mustard. Not after a hard year like this, where development was restricted by budget struggles and personnel leaving.

shi01 says:

I’m actually not so sure that 2017 will be a much better season for Sauber. The team was basically in the same situation Lotus was last season and we saw how Renault struggled this year because of the lack of development Lotus could do in 2015 for the 2016 car because of the lack of money and i think it will be the same with Sauber 2017. Longbow came in to late, some personell already had quit the team at that time which certainly hampered the development for 2017.
