A new clip from Red Bull sees Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel explain the 2014 Formula One regulations — which are arguably the most complex the sport has ever seen.
At the start, thousands of car parts simultaneously assemble around Dan to form the RB10.
As Dan races to catch up Seb in his RB9, the World Champion’s car becomes transparent while travelling at full speed. The film then presents a visual sequence that shows the 2014 regulation changes taking shape and coming to life, as Seb’s car transforms from an RB9 into an RB10.
As well as providing information on the new technical changes for 2014, the clip also presents a unique view of the technology at work inside this year’s Formula One cars.

Old noses were better
After turbo V6 comes the diesel inline 4. And then Formula One goes fully electric because that’s more “green” and “eco-friendly”. Oh wait, we already have Formula E.
3:10 mute it, that is their season
“To Make the cars safer” But Japan had other ideas…
awesome video
Guys, I have a question. Am I the only person who thinks F1 should be about “build the fastest possible race car”?
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck v6
Amazing movie!! Need it for 2017 as well
I like Daniel’s joke: Many more battles

C’mon. Great Discovery. bad ticket What’s your opinion about that, guys 11
2:40 Daniel says – “Lots more torque which means it’s tougher to control getting on the power !” Now this is fine but this next part cracks me up … “Therefore we can expect lots more battles” lol did Bernie bribe him or something xD if only he knew !
It became less battles. It was just Mercedes, Same for 2015
“To make the car safer” then that same year Suzuka happened

gotta say tho the 2013 cars looked wicked tho
this has to be the worst decision the fia ever made
Kvyat na RBR já!!
What is the name of the music in the background?
I hope F1 looses a bit of the strategy variant in the next few years and the races are actually decided on who drives better, rather than who has the fresher tyres at the right time.
The cars are already going to be sexier and faster in 2017 wich is awsome for me, hence those were two of the things that most bothered me in the last few years. If they could put the engine sounding louder (louder than GP2) tha would also be a awsome thing.
Plus, there should be some kind of gimmick that forbid one team to be significantly faster or slower than all the others. I have no idea how, but surely, with so much technology, FIA could find a way of making the cars with 0.2 sec a lap difference at maximum.
Oh and ban DRS, it’s just a way of drivers delaying their overtakes to the DRS zone where they can overtake easily and not risk too much wich is exactly what we don’t want to see.
Oh and please ban Tilke. I can’t stand anymore ridiculously big tarmac run-off áreas, just put some gravel or grass there so that the drivers don’t corner cut and push each other off track so regularly. This would also give more retirements wich is something F1 is laking right now, the cars are way too reliable (except the McLaren-Honda)
Will there be one of these for 2017??
They have enough time to make this, whilst they, at the time, were in total panic due to Renault.
it’s funny looking back to this now and hearing them say they expect much more battles hahahah
3:23 Aannnndd… You’ve fucked up the rear tires…
Good content from a scuderia that has disolved
He looks like James algishari from 2010 when he’s in cockpit and the camera zooms out
Sebastian vertel is a bad loser
