It is quite curious how the creative approach for this video is so obviously trying to camouflage how plain horrible the car design is. The media outfit responsible for this has earned every single penny.

5timeslllll says:

One of the worst ads I have seen from any automaker this year. Those happy faces were sooooo awkward, that was “simply amazing”.

It feels like Nissan is taking a step back with their enthusiasm for electric cars, which is a bit sad, but I’m glad that they’re keeping the Leaf updated and can still see promise in the future of EVs. Based on the reveal last night it just seems like they aren’t as excited about the concept as they were in 2010. The car is great, though! Great job to Nissan. I’ve been anticipating this for a while.

Indigo says:

Way over priced considering the facetious range. Disappointing.

The Vegetarian Baker says:

I need this car in my garage now!!! I’ve been wanting to get a tesla, but this is much more affordable.

azalru says:

Nissan Leaf is amazing progress while the Toyota mirai is known in the future as a failed product intended to delay progress but did so miserably.

Steve McCormack says:

Well the front end looks improved but the rear end not as good a s the old LEAF. Far more important is the range. I detected a change in attitude with Nissan early last year with regard to EVs. They are no longer like a company enthusiastic about electric cars. So they are keeping their foot in the door but why would they not want to give a 200 mile battery?

MegaProtix says:

Is it weird that i got genuinely amped by this ad would be so down to own one of these

John Vincent Dacquil says:

Why 180 only?but good job

Thanks Dirty Nissan NZ for refusing to import the Leaf says:

I just took a test drive. It was very impressive. The ePedal was great. The AutoSteer as well. Handling much firmer. Video on my profile

Javier R says:

Before today i had the Toyota HR-C as my first choice for a brand new car, but with this new extreme design Nissan has won a new buyer. The actual leaf is ugly as fuck but this one? Damn! i see more and more teens asking for a car with this cool design.

Marco Panzanni says:

Ken Tsou says:

Simply ugly.

Butterz says:

Overall seems great. The only part I don’t like is the design of the front of the car.
