Peugeot 2008 replaced 207 SW. In recent years most manufacturers abandoned B-segment estates in favour of more trendy B-crossovers. Peugeot 2008 shares many elements with the 208. Today there are about 15 players on the European B-crossover market. The three best-sellers are Renault Captur, Peugeot 2008, and Opel Mokka. After three years Peugeot 2008 has been given a mid-life facelift. Beside cosmetic changes the biggest novelty is the 1.2 PureTech petrol engine producing 130 hp, working with a 6-speed manual transmission.

skylineXpert says:

Heated mirrors, heated front screen and 4wd.

rec says:

WTF you’re still reviewing cars?? I told you, this is not your forte…. You really suck at it…. I am just being honest.

Egregious says:

Great stuff as always Marek.

The hard work you put into these reviews really does make them a cut above the rest!

Diwa Galvez says:

Hey Marek, do you have any thoughts on the Peugeot 3008 1.6 eHDi Active? It looks awesome, but the price here in the Philippines is similar to a mid-range Tucson with 2.0 CRDi already. Thanks, man!

Jamie London says:

Marek, another honest review. Are you still uploading the DS4 crossback review? Looking forward for more reviews from you!!

Vytautas Gečas says:

First thing I thought seeing the title – you are reviewing some old Peugeot (2008). What the hell.

Bruno Côrte says:

For all that suv that you mentioned in the video what’s the best gasoline engine?

IED4eVar says:

Are you gonna test the new Corolla? 🙂

Matthew Mcleod says:

hello, could anyone let me know what shade is the brightest white? thanks

herbetone says:

Nice Video many thanks 🙂

Andrew K, Northern Ireland says:

Great review Marek. Shame about the 2008 build quality.

RoobehTunes says:

🙂

Rusty Galloway says:

Quite ugly car. Nice review. 🙂

Nassim TERKI says:

ugly pointless etc. but top 10 sale in Europe and top 5 in France

Gerardo Salas says:

My parents were going to buy the 2008 as a family car last year but the gear box was odd and the panoramic sun roof is hell here in the desert. We got a Seat Toledo (Skoda rapid) in stead. 🙂

Rodion Lobaj says:

so how is this puretech 1.2l engine feels like , and what recommendations would be in between 1.2 petrol or 1.6 diesel? for example driving from the UK to Spain with family ? thx

Leonardo Souza says:

Brazil needs this new version of the 2008, perfect car

Phil Åntrop says:

This is a fair review. Thank you. Cheers from France.

morganwright123 says:

This car is completely pointless, great review though.

George V says:

Hello!
It is possible a test with Honda Civic Sedan Elegance model?
Thanks.

samiz1973 says:

Hello Marek,

what is tyour recommendation between Peugeot 2008 1.6 and Tivoli (high spec)?

oerksanizer says:

hahaha, Mareks “not impressed at Peugeots update” face…

GEORGE ZERVOS says:

Marek, I like yor reviews because you point things others cannot see. owning the previous version I believe that it is better especially with the 1.2 110. but I would prefer a 6 gear. if this car proves to be reliable it would a great car

Peja Pejic says:

New 3008 would be very interesting for review. is there any in pipeline?

Macavellic says:

Hi Marek, which vehicle would you recommend for long motorway journeys? (800Km once a month). Thanks for your reviews!

J KG says:

Great and objective review as always!

mipmipmipmipmip says:

I like the Captur, so I have nothing against small crossovers/SUVs, but something about this 2008 just depresses me.

Zadrigo says:

Lol, for that kind of money (21600-23000) you can get Nissan Qashqai in Accenta trim in Serbia.

Onur Güzel says:

Pay attention to 7:13. They’re sucking at putting right materials with correct workmanship. I have 208.

xeniosaias says:

yeap same oppinion on opel mokka 🙂

InnerFire6213 says:

the hrv costs about the same as the 2008 in my country. which one is the better car?

ast5515 says:

It has so many annoying things, but I still like it.
